Software Launch & 30 Mile Supercar Rally Tours

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) was looking for a unique event space to present their new Cyber Security Product, host a networking and product demo happy hour, and increase RSVPs with a fun activity. Through diligent communication, careful planning and coordination, we were able to provide an unforgettable experience for their guests and help their team make meaningful connections and sales.

Objectives: 

  • Flexible itinerary to allow for 60 minute presentations and 30 minute Q&A discussions

  • Focused Product Launch with CIOs in the Denver area from a range of industries

  • One on One during the Rally Tour between PwC staff and their clients

  • Turnkey event that the PwC Organizer could handoff to Oxotic and have arrangements made for a successful corporate event - including catering and bartending services. 

The Experience:

  • 30 Mile Rally Tour with a photo stop in Golden Gate Canyon State Park 

  • 40 participants, Two Waves of tours, All 10 Supercars in our fleet totaling $3Million 

  • Presentations with classroom style table set up then arranged for networking/socializing cocktail tables, and special accommodations for interactive product demos. 

Extra Perks: 

  • Site Visit to plan customized event set up, including the arrangement of Demo equipment logistics and setup, and staging area for catering and beverage services.

  • PwC desired small groups for discussions so we split the group in two - while half the group was involved with the presentations, the other half was out on the Rally Tour

  • The event was supposed to wrap up 6pm but guests were having such a good time many stayed until 7pm
